4.4.4.1 Using Call Waiting Feature
At the call waiting mode, you can use call waiting feature in accordance to the following procedure.

4.5 Call Transfer
This feature is a feature to relocate the current call to another phone user.
UT880 provides two types of transfer which are Attended transfer, and Blind transfer.
4.5.1 Attended Transfer
Attended Transfer is done by the caller on hold and dialing the desired party then they are notified and they can
choose to accept the call or not. .
To make Attended Transfer, refer to the following procedure.

During a call, if you have another incoming call from 3

party, a ‘Call Waiting’ message will be displayed on the
screen with a beep sound.

If you want to get the 3
rd
party’s call, tap
[HOLD]
button. Then, you will be able to talk to 3
rd
party, and the call
with 2
nd
party will be on hold. And if you want to go back to the call with 2
nd
party, tap
[HOLD]
button again.

Procedure

If you want to forward a call from ‘A’ to ‘B’, tap
[Transfer]
button during the call with ‘A’.

Dial ‘B’ number and tap
[SEND]
. Before you make transfer, if you want to modify the number, use
[Delete]
button.

Once, ‘B’ answers the phone, then announce the call information and hang up.
Then, ‘A’ and ‘B’ are connected.
