CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
CAUTION
Before cleaning, turn off all valves, including gas supply valve, and allow unit to cool to room temperature.
Note: Use only non-ab r asive clea n ers. Abrasive cleane r s could scratch the finish of your unit, ma rrin g its appea r ance and
maki n g it susceptib l e to di rt accumulation. Do not use steel wool, othe r ab r asive cleaners or cleane r s/san i tizers co n ta i ning
chlo ri ne, iodine, ammonia or bromine chemicals as these will deteriorate the stainless steel and glass material and shor t en the
l ife o f the un i t. If t he s t ain l ess stee l surfaces become discolored, scrub by rubb i ng only in the di r ection of the finished grain .
I ni t i a l C l ea ni ng - Prior t o f irst operation.
Thoroughly wash exterior of uni t using a mild detergent.
Dai l y Cleaning
1. T h or o u g hl y cl ea n back, sides, top and front of unit, u s i n g a mild detergent if necessary.
2. C l ea n g r a t es daily with a stiff brush.
Weekly C l ea n ing
1. C l ean unit thoroughly. Clean s t a i n l e ss s t e e l or chromed surfaces with a damp cloth and p o li s h with a soft, dry
cl o th . A m i l d d e te r gen t may be used. To remove d i sco l o r a ti o ns , use a non-abrasive c l ea ner .
