1. Do I need to pay to link Apera Echo to eWeLink system?
No, if you have already purchased Amazon Echo and Apera KEEPER, you can link your Echo to the
system at no additional cost.
2. What features can I use to control Apera KEEPER with Amazon Echo?
You can control the Apera KEEPER through Amazon Echo and enable the open/stop/close the
Package Receiving Port (PRP) for the important purpose of collecting packages and protecting
packages. And hide important packages in the DIY package box, bench storage container or
system cabinet to avoid the problem of stolen packages and keep them in a safe place.
3. My commands are not working, how to solve it?
Please check the following to resolve this issue.
3.1 Please check again and make sure to follow the installation instructions provided by Apera.
