1.8.2 Replacing Housing Fans
To change a rear housing fan:
1.
Shutdown the system
2. Open the front panel door and remove the side panels. See “
” on
page 25 for more information.
3.
Remove the fan cable from the motherboard.
4.
Press the fan holder arm outward until it is loose enough for the cooling fan to come through.
5.
Replace the defective cooling fan.
6.
Reattach the fan cable to the motherboard.
7.
Close the chassis panel and restart the system.
