The expansion card connects to the motherboard expansion slots. The number of expansion slots
available depends on the motherboard that you want to install. However, the chassis can only
accommodate a maximum of seven expansion cards.
To install an expansion card:
1.
Open the front panel door and remove the side panels. See “
Opening the housing panels
” on
page 38 for more information.
2.
Remove the expansion slot bracket opposite an empty expansion slot. Save the screw for
later use.
