electric cooktops in order not to scratch the cooktop surface.
SAFE OPERATING TEMPERATURES
ANYWARE™ is
Stovetop, Oven, Grill and Campfire safe to a maximum continuous
cooking temperature of 525°F (270°C). Prolonged temperatures above 525°F may
reduce the nonstick effectiveness of your cookware, making it more difficult to
clean. Start on LOW and work your way up to find the right cooking temperature.
Over-heating can damage the ceramic surface and warp your cookware, and is not
covered by
the ANYWARE™
warranty.
