Warranty Information

The use of the symbol indicates that this product may not be ANYCOM 

Technologies AG or ANYCOM Technologies Inc. warrants to the original 

purchaser, this hardware product against defects in material and work-

manship for a period of TWO (2) YEARS from the date of original retail 

purchase. If defect is discovered, ANYCOM, will, at its option, repair or 

replace this product at no charge, provided it is returned within the war-

ranty period, complete with all hardware, cables and software to 

ANYCOM.  For each product returned according to the terms of this 

warranty, an ANYCOM RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) 

is required along with your name, address, telephone number, and a 

copy of the original purchase receipt as proof of the original date of pur-

chase.  An ANYCOM RMA number can be obtained by calling the com-

pany direct for USA, Canada and Far East (001) (949) 553-9426 or for 

Europe and EMEA (049) (2161) 57630. This warranty applies only to 

hardware products manufactured by ANYCOM, identified by the 

ANYCOM trademark or logo affixed to them. This warranty does not apply 

if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, unauthor-

ized service or misapplication.  ANYCOM does not warrant any products 

that are not ANYCOM products, including software bundled with 

ANYCOM products and produced by other manufacturers. Software 

applications produced by manufacturers other than ANYCOM and 

bundled with ANYCOM products are warranted by separate written state-

ments provided by each manufacturer with their software products.  The 

warranties set forth above are non-transferable, exclusive and in lieu of all 

other warranties, whether oral or written, expressed or implied, INCLUD-

ING, WHERE ALLOWED BY LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MER-

CHANTABILITY.  ANYCOM is not responsible for incidental or conse-

quential damages resulting from any breach of warranty, including but not 

limited to lost profits, downtime, damage to or replacement of equipment 

or property.
