Important safeguards
When using an electrical appliance, basic precautions should always be fol-
lowed, including the following:
Read all instructions before using the drinks cooler!
1.
Do not operate the appliance if its power cord or plug has been dam-
aged or if the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any
way.
2.
The appliance contains no user-serviceable parts. If damaged, it must
be repaired by a qualified service provider.
3.
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above
and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities
or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been supervised/
instructed and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play
with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be done
by children unless they are supervised.
4.
Unplug from power supply when not in use and before cleaning.
5.
To clean the cooler use only mild detergents or glass cleaning products.
Never use harsh detergents or solvents.
6.
It is not recommended to use this drinks cooler with an extension cord
or power strip. Please ensure that the appliance is plugged directly into
the electrical outlet.
7.
When positioning the drinks cooler, ensure that there is at least a 5
cm clearance at the sides and a 10 cm clearance at the back of the
cooler as this is the main outlet for heat. This will allow for adequate
ventilation.
8.
This cooler is designed to store bottles. Do not place food in the drinks
cooler, as it is not designed for the storing of food.
9.
Close the cooler door immediately after putting in bottles so the inside
temperature will not rise dramatically.
10.
Keep the appliance away from any heat source or direct sunlight.
11.
Place the appliance on a flat and solid surface. It should not be laid on
any soft material.
12.
Do not place any other items on top of the cooler.
13.
To avoid electrical shock, do not expose the cooler to water or other
fluids. Never use it with wet hands or while standing in water.
14.
Keep the appliance away from fire and excessive heat and corrosive
substances.
15.
Do not use the appliance outdoors.
16.
When positioning or moving the appliance, ensure that it is upright at
all times.
17.
Never pull the cord to disconnect it from the outlet. Grasp the plug and
pull it from the outlet.
18.
Never pull or lift the cooler by the cord.
19.
An empty cooler can be dangerous to children and animals. When
disposing of the cooler, remove gaskets, latches, lids or the entire door
from your unused appliance to ensure the cooler is harmless.

Installing the drinks cooler
1.
Remove the appliance from its box and remove all packaging materials.
2.
Place the appliance in the spot of your choice while following the
safeguards on the previous page.
3.
Slide the shelves into their grooves.
4.
Insert the plug into a grounded power outlet. Ensure the power outlet is
220-240V~AC/50Hz.
5.
Unlock the control panel by pressing the unlocking button [1] for two
seconds.
6.
Set the temperature display by pressing the button [2] for two seconds
(
o
C or
o
F).
7.
Set the desired temperature with the temperature buttons.
8.
Allow the empty cooler to operate for approx. 2-3 hours. This will allow
it to reach the set temperature.
9.
Fill the cooler with your choice of bottles.
10.
You can turn the internal light on and off with the button [1]. The light
will automatically turn off after 10 minutes.

The appearance of the product may deviate from the illustrations,
depending on the model. The pictured model is BCW-35.
