Furniture that is damaged or appears to be unstable must be removed from service and be repaired or replaced.

Repairs must be made using only factory authorized parts and methods.

Installing Tamper Resistant Hardware:

1.  Orient the Breakaway Nut so the cone 

shape is toward the Washer.

2.  After the fasteners have been 

installed, torque the Breakaway 
Nut using the Rachet with 
3/4” Socket until the Hex Head 
breaks off.

Ratchet with 3/4” Socket

9/16” Open-end or Box-end Wrench

4.  Attach the other Rack End to the other 

end of the Inner Rack in the same 
manner, installing the 1.5” long Bolts 
from the top. Use a wrench to tighten 
the hardware after all Bolts are installed.

5. Install the Support using a Bolt with Washer in each mounting 

hole and secure each Bolt with a Flat Washer and Flanged Nut.

6.  Tighten all of the hardware and move the Bike Rack to the desired location.
7.  Two weeks after installation, retighten all hardware.
