1.
Before using the appliance, clean the baking surfaces with a damp cloth. Dry
it with a paper towel.
2.
Close the appliance and plug it into the wall socket. The red working
indicator will light up, indicating that the waffle maker has begun
preheating.
3.
It will take approximately 3 minutes to reach the recommended baking
temperature. The red working indicator will go off, the waffle maker is
ready for use.
4.
Open the appliance and brush or wipe the baking plates with a small amount
of vegetable oil.
5.
Fill the batter into the bottom bowl baking plate, around 1/3 will be best.
Close the appliance to begin cooking your waffle bowl.
CAUTION: Do not fill too much batter into the bottom bowl baking plate,
otherwise extra batter will come out when closing the appliance.
NOTE:
Gently close the lid and ensure to lock the appliance with a click sound.
Do not slam the lid down, as it may cause the mixture to come off the molds.
6.
The red working indicator will light up again when another baking cycle
starts. The actual baking time varies depending on the type of batter you use.
A general guide line is around 3-5 minutes of baking time.
7.
If you prefer a darker bowl shape waffle, close the appliance again and
continue baking until desired color is achieved.
NOTE:
Do not open the appliance during the first 2 minutes after filling in the
batter. It will cause splitting of the under-baked waffle in the bowls and make
them difficult to remove.
8.
To remove the waffle bowl, always use a plastic or wooden spatula. Never
use a sharp or metal object, as this will damage the non-stick coating on the
baking plate.
