How to Charge your device
1. Unfold the charging panels and spread them so they are in direct sunlight.
2. Connect your device to the Anker Solar Charger with a USB cable.
3. Place the connected device in the charger’s canvas pocket or otherwise keep it out of
the sunlight as direct sunlight and excessive heat may damage the device.

1. Which charging port should I use to charge my device?
Thanks to PowerIQ™ technology, each charging port can charge any device at full speed
up to 2 Amps — the sun’s radiance is the only limiting factor.
2. What if my device needs an input current of 1A, will the 2A output damage it?
The current output will never exceed the maximum current output that your device is
designed for. However, the current will never exceed 2A.
3. What if the Anker 14W Foldable Dual-Port Solar Charger is not charging my
device(s)?
A. Check to ensure that your device’s input current and voltage requirements fall within
the accepted range.
B. Cloudy weather and indirect sunlight may cause fluctuations in the current output
that prevent your devices from charging. In this event, try placing the solar charger in
more direct sunlight or wait for the weather to clear.
4. How do I check my devices input current and voltage?
Please refer to your device’s user manual, original OEM charging adapter, or contact the
manufacturer to determine this information.
5. If it is partially cloudy or not very sunny can I still charge my devices with this
charger?
Yes, but the charging efficiency will be low causing prolonged charging times.
