SING THE CRANE OR HOIST
The instructions for handling the machine using
crane or hoist, refer to Figure 1.

Respect the following instructions when loading,
unloading and moving the machines.
Ropes or straps must be securely hooked to the
machine and to the crane's or hoist's hook.
The used hooks must have a safety catch
to avoid rope coming out.
All operators must wear overalls,
accident-prevention shoes, gloves and
helmet.
To move:
Use four straps or ropes;
The ropes/straps must be secured to the
machine's supporting structure;
Ensure the ropes, straps, hoists or cranes
have a higher capacity than that to be
lifted;
Slowly tension the ropes/straps and check
there are no components involved,
unsuitable for supporting the machine's
weight.
During load handling:
Keep away from suspended loads;
Ensure the straps or ropes are securely
fixed to the structure to be lifted;
Wear
protective
gloves,
accident-
prevention shoes with non-slip sole,
overalls and work helmet during operation;
Using the acoustic warning device, signal
the nearing to protected positions and wait
for operators to reach a safe area.
Check the planarity of the units and their
alignment when installing the machine.

TORAGE
Store the machine in case of it's long inactivity,
considering the characteristics of the place
and storage times, particularly evaluating the
temperature ranges, environmental
humidity and pollution.
Store the Machine in a closed place
Protect the Machine against impacts and
stresses
Protect the Machine against humidity and
high temperature ranges, +0°C + 60°C
Avoid the Machine coming into contact
with corrosive substances
