for a proper adjustment of cartridge needle packing LPH-80
1.
Make sure that there is no paint residue or dust on the threads and seat surface of gun body.
Clean the gun body if needed.
2.
Assemble as shown in Fig. 01 both packings, no.1 and no. 2, in addition to the packing bolt.
Tip: Use the dismantled fl uid needle as a guide (Fig. 02).
If it is diffi cult to insert the fl uid needle into the cartridge needle packing [Art.-Nr. 93940890],
twist the fl uid needle during insertion.
Hand tighten the cartridge needle packing on the gun body and insert fl uid needle from fl uid
adjustment set.

Tighten the cartridge needle packing 60 degrees by using ANEST IWATA gun wrench (Fig. 03).
4.
Apply ANEST IWATA gun lube [item VAIU8510] when trigger lever on directly at the needle
packing screw (Fig. 03).
5.
Pull and release the trigger couple of times and make sure the fl uid needle moves back and forth
smoothly. If not, the cartridge needle packing is too tight.
