Assembling the appliance

 

 

Unpack all the components.

 

 

Take the lower legs (1) and insert one connecter (2) onto the top of each leg. 
Make sure the connecter is pushed all the way down. Also make sure that 
the thick end of the connector is pointing down towards the ground, and the 
‘elbow’ is pointing in. 

 

 

Inset the legs, with the connecters on them, into the lower tray (3).

 

 

Screw the connecters (4) to the lower tray (3) using the nuts and bolts 
provided (5).

 

 

Take the upper legs (4) and insert them into the lower tray (3). Then insert 
the base rack (6) onto the top of the upper legs.

 

 

Insert the aluminium reflector tray (7) into the base rack. Before use make 
sure to fill the reflector with water between the minimum and the maximum 
levels.

 

 

Insert each side tray (8) into the base tray by clipping it into the holes.

 

 

Insert the heating element (9) into the base tray. The thermostat will fit into 
the gap at the front of the base.

 

 

Add the metal grill (10) to the top of the heating element. Line up the pattern 
on the  bottom of the metal grill to the heating element’s coils.

 

 

Take the wind shield (11) and clip it into the four holes on the back of the 
base tray.

 

 

Take the warming shelf (12) and insert it into the holes in the wind shelf.

 

*If you wish to just use the BBQ without the lower tray follow steps 6

that the BBQ is rested on a flat, secure and heat resistant surface.

 

Caution: 

Never use the appliance without water in the reflector 

tray, always ensure that the water level is between the 

minimum and maximum marks.

 

Caution: 

When adding water to the reflector tray, always make 

sure the water does not come into contact with the heating 

element.
