Description
Cause analysis
The air conditioner
cannot be configured
1. Make sure that the mobile-connected WiFi address and
password are correct.
2. Check the air conditioner during configuration status.
3. Is there a firewall or other restrictions that prevent
configuration.
4. Check that the router is working normally.
5. Make sure that the air conditioner, router and mobile
operate within the signal range.
The mobile phone
cannot operate the air
conditioner
Software screen: Identification failed.
This means that the air conditioner has been reset and the
mobile phone has lost its operating licence.
You need to connect to WiFi to get permission again.
Connect to the local network and update.
If it still does not work, delete the air conditioner and update.
The mobile phone
cannot find the air
conditioner
Software screen: The air conditioner is offline.
Make sure the network is working.
1. The air conditioner has been reconfigured.
2. The air conditioner has no power.
3. The router has no power.
4. The air conditioner cannot connect to the router.
5. The air conditioner cannot connect to the network
via the router (during remote control mode).
6. The mobile phone cannot connect to the router
(during local operation mode).
7. The mobile phone cannot connect to the network
(during remote control mode).
