that if this product is assembled and operated in accordance with the printed instructions accompanying itD then for a
period of three W:x year for frameD one WUx year for fabric D two WRx years for wicker from the date of purchaseD the
furniture shall be free from defects in material and workmanship; Vendor may require reasonable proof of your date
of purchase; ThereforeD you should retain your sales slip or invoice; This ñimited Warranty shall be limited to the repair
or replacement of partsD which prove defective under normal use and service and which Vendor shall determine in its
reasonable discretion upon examination to be defective;
@efore returning any partsD you should contact Vendor’s Nustomer Service Kepartment using the contact information
listed below; Qf Vendor confirmsD after examinationD a defect covered by this ñimited Warranty in any returned partD and
if Vendor approves the claimD Vendor will replace such defective part without charge; Qf you return defective partsD
transportation charges must be prepaid by you; Vendor will return replacements parts to the original retail purchaserD
freight or postage prepaid; This ñimited Warranty does not cover any failures or operating difficulties due to accidentD
abuseD misuseD alterationD misapplicationD improper installationD improper maintenance or improper service by you or any
third partyD or failure to perform normal and routine maintenance on the product;
Qn additionD the ñimited Warranty does not cover damage to the finishD such as scratchesD dentsD discolorationD rust or
other weather damage after purchase;
This ñimited Warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights4 a purchaser may have other rights depending upon
