The cuff is not fastened
properly.
Fasten the cuff correctly.
The cuff position is not

Raise the patient's hand so
that the cuff is at the same
level as patient's heart.
The unit does
not measure.
Readings are
too high or too
low.
If the patient has a very
weak or irregular heartbeat,
the device may have
difficulty in determining
patient's blood pressure.
Measure the blood pressure
by using the auscultation
method.

Remove the batteries. Place
them back properly and try
the measurement again.
