The cuff is not fastened

Fasten the cuff correctly.

If the patient has a very
weak or irregular heartbeat,
the device may have
difficulty in determining
patient's blood pressure.
Measure the blood pressure
by using the auscultation
method.

Remove the batteries. Place
them back properly and try
the measurement again.
