InnuPure C16
Using the [M
ENU
]
(1) button in the top left corner you can open a menu with the functions for
disabling the user login when switching on the InnuPure C16 and for changing user logins
(see chapter "Working with user management" p. 44). A user logged in with administrator
rights can leave the program with [E
XIT
] and arrives at the operating system (WinCE) of the
HID-Pro 320 (password "ipex"). The [S
ERVICE MODE
] is only accessible to service staff.
Hidden behind the clock symbol
(2) in top right corner there is a window for configuring
the date and time of the InnuPure C16 program (see chapter "Configuring the time" p. 47).
Using the [S
ELECT PROTOCOL
] (3) button you can select an installed extraction protocol and
start it (see chapter "Starting and executing an extraction protocol" p. 30). A user with admin-
istrator rights can also install additional extraction protocols in this window and delete un-
necessary protocols (see chapter "Copying, moving or deleting extraction protocols" p. 34).

(4) you can start programs for testing or executing individual device functions,
e.g., the control of the heating function or the ejection of the filter tips.
With [S
ETTINGS
]
(5) you gain access to the following program functions:
User management – "Creating/changing/deleting a user profile" p. 45
Device functions – "Enabling the interior light and the touch sensor" p. 46
Language selection – (currently only English)
Software update – "Software update" p. 53.
Information about the device's software and firmware version numbers can be displayed via
the [H
ELP
] (6) button.
6.3.2
Starting and executing an extraction protocol
IMPORTANT
Before starting the extraction protocol the sample tray has to be pulled in the device or
placed in the priming station. This minimize the risk of a possible error during the automatic
pulling in of the sample tray (see also point 10 in section "General information and tips for
preventing problems" pg.49)
