USB Monitor LED (ZLED3)
The USB monitor LED indicates that USB communication has been ini-
tialized successfully, allowing you to connect to the processor using
Vi+. If
ZLED3
is not lit, try resetting the board and/or reinstalling
the USB driver.

When Vi+ is communicating with the EZ-KIT Lite tar-
get board, the LED can flicker, indicating communications
handshake.
Programmable FLAG Push Buttons (SW6–9)
Four push buttons are provided for general-purpose user input. The
SW6–9
push buttons connect to the processor’s programmable
FLAG
pins. The
push buttons are active high and when pressed, send a high (

) to the pro-
cessor. Refer to
“Programmable FLAG Pins” on page 1-10
information on how to use the flags.
