   AMX TDS (Television Delivery System)

Upgrading Firmware on DTV Receivers

1.

Access the Digital TV Configuration Manager (see the 

Digital TV Configuration Manager

section on 

page 53).

2.

Click the 

Rx Setup

 command button to open the 

Manage Receivers

 page. 

3.

Select 

Firmware Upgrade

 to access the 

Receiver Setup - Firmware Update

 page (FIG. 96). Use the 

options in this page to upload new Firmware (*.DST) files to DTV Receivers. 

4.

Select a Receiver in the 

Manage Unit

 list.

5.

Click 

Browse

 to select the new firmware file.

6.

Select the desired firmware file and click 

Upload

. Alternatively, click 

Upload To All

 to upgrade all 

Receivers to the new firmware.

The file is initiated and loaded onto the NetLinx Master before it is uploaded into the 
unit. This process can take over 10 minutes and should not be interrupted.
