Troubleshooting
Problem: LED does not come on at power-up.
1. Check the voltage across the Hot and Common wires to make sure the device is getting
power (should be 120VAC).
2. Make sure the 3-way Control wire is not shorted to Ground. If this wire is shorted, the device
may appear in Landmark Designer, but it will not operate via the button.
Problem: Dimmer works, but does not appear in Landmark Designer.
1. Check the PHASTLink cable.
2. Make sure the device's Ground wire is properly grounded and NOT shorted to Common,
Load, or Hot wires.

Note: There are no user-serviceable parts inside the device. Opening the device will
void your warranty and may expose you to dangerous voltages.
If you experience problems with your PHAST products, double check all external connections,
settings. If the problem persists, call your PHAST dealer or PHAST Technical Support.
