5 Connecting the peripheral devices
Connect the keyboard, mouse, monitor and any other USB or audio components to the appropriate connectors on the Desktop unit as shown below. If
the desktop unit has provision for one or more PCI cards install them now.
6 Connecting power to the desktop unit
Connect the external power supply to the desktop unit. Locate the power cord that came with the desktop unit and plug one end into the IEC power
connector on the external power supply.
Do not switch on mains supply until the Desktop unit is connected to the external supply.
7 Installing the drivers
Once the computer boots, follow the operating system prompts for the installation of new hardware and system drivers. If you have provided your own
video card, refer to the card manufacture’s driver installation instructions.
