1)
Attach the padded head rest to the padded back by
using four Allen screws and four flat washers as
shown. Use a 5/32 Allen wrench to tighten.
2)
Attach the metal seat bracket to the back side of the
padded back using four Allen screws and four flat
washers as shown. Use a 5/32 Allen wrench to tighten.
Note: Two round metal rods point towards the front.
3)
Slide the padded seat over the metal seat rails as
shown.
4) Insert the two threaded knobs and tighten.
