GENERAL MAINTENANCE

The  chamber  communicator  is designed to provide years of continuous, failure-free service
when properly used and maintained. There are a few important things that the user can do to
extend the life of their equipment

1.  Handle the diver communicator with care. Do not throw it around or drop it. Select a work

area where the communicator and wire connecting to it are out of everyone's way so it is
not knocked over.

2.  Clean the communicator after use or when needed.

3.  When using a rechargeable battery, the battery should be recharged after use or as soon

as possible when the BATTERY CONDITION INDICATOR starts blinking.
