4.2 OptiMains® Protection for Excessive Under/Over-Voltages

The PH-77 is fitted with the 

OptiMains®

 system to condition and adjust the incoming mains supply for best operation under

all normal mains conditions (including situations that will cause audible problems without 

OptiMains®

).

In the case of extreme power surges, brown outs or other exceptional/unexpected conditions that exceed the safety
margins, the 

OptiMains® 

system will automatically switch off the mains power to the internal parts of the PH-77 to

prevent any damage from occuring.

Power OFF your AMR component and wait at least 5 minutes. If and when the mains electricity has been deemed to have
returned to normal (such as during a brown out and the lights have dimmed but have returned to normal brightness) then

power up your AMR component as per the manual’s instructions.
