Thermal/Cooling Requirements
The CPU, Northbridge, Southbridge, and voltage regulators are the sources of heat on the board.
The LittleBoard 550 is designed to operate at its maximum CPU speed of 300MHz, 533MHz, or
1GHz. All processors and the northbridge require a heatsink, but no fan is required.
