PARTS IDENTIFICATIONS
1. GOOSENECK MICROPHONE
The illuminated gooseneck microphone can be detached from the console for safekeeping. Its
cardioid back electret capsule is sensitive to front voice pick up and reject rear unwanted
noise.
2. ZONE SELECT SWITCHES
24 individual zone select switches are divided into 4 groups in which each group can be
selected as a lot.
3. ALL CALL SWITCH
ALL CALL switch shall activate all zones with single press.
5. CHIME / TALK SWITCH
Pressing this switch shall send signal for zones activated and followed by 4 tone upward
chime. Blinking LED indicates that the chime is being transmitted and still LED is to alert the
user that the microphone is ready for announcement.
Pressing momentary the switch shall deactivate the console in which a 4 tone downward
chime shall be broadcasted before shutting down the zone selection.
7. PRIORITY SETTING
Setting is required whenever multi point paging is installed in a system. Select the priority
level of each console, either as high or low. PR1 has higher priority over PR2.
8. VOLUME ADJUST
Chime output level as well as mic sensitivity level can be adjusted accordingly to the
requirements.
9. DATA / AUDIO CONNECTOR
We recommend that 2 pair screen cable is used in installation, each pair being the audio output
and another being data output. Powering the unit using 24V DC is optional, otherwise use the
12V DC jack available.
10. 12V POWER INPUT JACK
We recommend that external 12V DC regulated power adaptor is used to power the unit as this
is more cost effective as compared to powering via the D9 connector.
4. GROUP SELECT SWITCHES
Each of Group A to D consist of 6 zones. A single press of the group switch shall activate all
zones within the group.
6. DATA / AUDIO / POWER INDICATORS
Data LED shall lit whenever the console is activated, whereas the audio for microphone
sound pick up. Power LED for DC input to the console.
