allow grease to accumulate on fan, filter, or baffles.
The stainless steel baffles supplied are designed to filter out residue and grease. These baffles do not need to be replaced
regularly but must be kept clean to avoid risk of fire. Baffles should be cleaned after every 30 hours of use or once a
month (whichever is first).
Remove the stainless steel baffles as follows:
Push up on rear of baffle to clear the catch and slide towards the front of the hood (FIGURE 12).
Lower the rear edge of the baffle filter enough to clear the back edge of hood (FIGURE 13).
