To deactivate the Off-Timer touch and hold for about 10 seconds. You
can also touch to turn off the appliance. To turn on the appliance, set
the desired fan speed. The Off-Timer does not affect the lighting.
Note: The fan will turn off automatically after 2 hours.
Remote control
Your kitchen hood is equipped with a remote control. It is shown in
Figure 4a and below:

hood. To do this, point the remote control
toward the front of the hood and select the
desired function:

Reduce fan speed

When purchased, battery is not included with the remote control. You
can purchase a single 3V CR2025 battery in any electronics store.
To replace the battery, slide out the tray on the bottom edge of the re

mote control. Place the battery in the tray observing polarity. Slide the
tray back in.
Note:
Ensure there are no obstacles between the remote control trans
-
mitter and the sensor on the cooker hood. Fluorescent light can inter
-
fere with the remote control operation.
Indication to clean the aluminium filters
If the
indication appears on the display, you need to clean the alu
-
minium filters.
To acknowledge the message, touch and hold for approximately 8
seconds.
Note:
The
indication will be displayed after approximately 35 hours
of fan operation.
Child Lock
The cooker hood features a child lock safety device. This function is
also useful when cleaning the cooker hood control panel. Touch and
hold for 3 seconds to activate or deactivate the Child Lock function.
A dot will be displayed.
