CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Cleaning
Before any cleaning and maintenance operations are performed, the ventilation hood must
be disconnected from its electric supply by unplugging it from the power socket or by swit-
ching off the main supply switch. The ventilation hood must be cleaned frequently, both on
the outside and inside, using a cloth damp cloth with gentle cleaning substances. Using
caustic or abrasive substances is not permitted. The best way to clean the ventilation hood
is by using a cloth dampened with a water solution of neutral detergent. Do not use products
that contain abrasive substances.
DO NOT USE ALCOHOL!
Caution: Failure to observe the instructions for cleaning the ventilation hood and changing
the filters may lead to a fire.
