Before first use
l
After unpacking the appliance, make sure that
all the attachments are included and there are
no visible signs of damage.
l
Before first use, wash in hot water all the at
-
tachments which come into contact with food.
l
Before using the hand mixer, pre-mix all loose
ingredients such as cocoa, flour.
How to use your appliance
l
Depending on the ingredients to be mixed,
inserts beaters or dough hooks in the appro
-
priate sockets of the motor unit. Each of the
sockets is marked to help you match an at
-
tachment to the socket (Fig. 2).
Insert the attachment with the ring in the
socket marked
and insert the other
attachment in the socked marked
.
Push the attachments all the way in until they are
fully seated and you will hear a click. If you have
difficulty inserting the attachments into the sock
-
ets turn them slightly when pressing.

Place the food in a suitable container.
l
Plug the appliance into a power outlet.
l
Immerse the attachments in the container and
turn on the appliance by moving the switch
(Fig. 3) to the desired position 1 to 5.
Use lowest speed first. The appliance is
equipped with a TURBO button — this
mode can only be activated for a maximum
of 60 seconds, as longer use risks damag
-
ing the appliance. You can use the TURBO
function when the appliance operates at
speed 1-5 by pressing and holding down
the Turbo button (Fig. 4).

When you have finished, move the slider (Fig.
3) to “0” position.
l
Press the release button (Fig. 5) to remove
the attachments from the appliance.
l
Unplug the appliance.

Initial speed to evenly distribute the
ingredients. Use this speed to mix
ingredients such as flour, butter or
potatoes.

Use this speed mix liquids.

Use this speed to whip or beat
ingredients for dough and bread.

Use this speed to whip ingredients
for cakes and desserts.

Use this speed to whip eggs, icing,
cream or make purée.
Turbo
Similar to speed 5.
Note!
Do not operate the appliance for more
than 3 minutes at speeds 1-5, or for more
than 1 minute at TURBO speed. Leave the
appliance to cool down to room tempera
-
ture for about 30 minutes after each use.
