“Please check and
clean turbo fan”
Problem with the fan or
motor.
Switch the robot off
and let it cool down.
Turn it back on. If the
problem persists, please
contact the AMIBOT after-
sales service.

“Please clap front
bumper”
The front bumper is
blocked.
Check the front bumper
and gently tap it to loosen
it.

“Please clean
drop sensors”
The gap sensors are
dirty.
Clean the gap sensors
using a soft cloth.

“Please check the
radar sensor”
Problem with the laser
module
Check the laser module
and remove any elements
that could prevent it from
functioning correctly.

“Please put robot
back to ground”
The robot is no longer in
contact with the ground.
Place the robot on a flat
surface and restart a clean-
ing cycle.

“Please put robot
back to charging
dock to recharge”
The robot does not have
enough battery and it
cannot find its home
base.
Manually place the robot
on its home base. Check
that the robot’s power sen-
sors are in contact with the
home bases contacts.

“Please put out
the plug from
robot”
The power cable is
plugged into the robot.
Manually unplug the robot
to launch its cleaning cycle.

“Please turn on
power switch”
The robot is switched off.
It cannot be charged.
Switch the robot on by
pressing the ON/OFF pow-
er button.
