Stylus return

Tap ‘Advanced’ and then ‘Stylus Return’ to select which option you 
require.

Auto

 

Allows the stylus automatically to return it’s home position after each 
measurement.

Prompt

 

Allows the user to control when the stylus returns after each 
measurement.

Test mode

Test mode initiates a series of internal tests and checks the unit for 
diagnostic purposes. This should be used by Taylor Hobson Service 
Engineers only. Tap ‘Advanced’ then ‘Test mode’ to enter Test mode.

Note

Running Test mode will wipe off any 
internal storage measurement data. 

To cancel hold the On/Off button for 5 seconds
