The resistance-programming default coefficient for output voltage is Channel Voltage
rating (100% rated output voltage) / 5 k
Ω, with input at Pin 2 (VPRG_ISOUR) and return to
Pin 3 (RTN_PRG). Refer to Figure 8-4. An internal current source,
factory-set at 1 mA,
from Pin 2 is utilized to drive the resistance. This produces a transfer function for output
voltage, as follows:
Vout = R * ((100% rated out
put voltage) / 5kΩ), with R in kohms.
Full Scale voltage programming resistance can be modified from default 5kOhms to any
other value, from 5k
Ω to 10kΩ. For example, to set 10kΩ as full scale for Voltage
programming send below command:
SOUR<n>:VOLT:PROG:FSCR 10
Then the transfer function for output voltage, as follows:
Vout = R * (
(100% rated output voltage) / FSC kΩ), with R in kohms.

Remote Programming BY VOLTAGE
Remote Analog reference source of the Output Voltage and Current can be selected as
Voltage by sending the following SCPI Command:
SOUR<n>:ANALOG:PROG:SOUR VOLT
SOUR<n>:VOLT:PROG:SOUR VOLT
Note:
The Data format “
<n>
“represents the Channel Number (1, 2 and 3).
