ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
For proper assembly, follow these instructions.
You may find a Black Cap which is installed to protect the hydraulic mechanism on the Support
Cylinder during shipment. If the cap is installed, you must remove it before assembly. The hydraulic
button will become visible. (Figures 1 & 2)
3 Hex Bolts are attached to the bottom of the Hydraulic
Cylinder. Remove the Hex Bolts. (Figure 3)
Locate the Base (Figure 4)
Position the Base and the Hydraulic Cylinder so that the
3 Hex Bolts holes are aligned, then attach with 3 Hex Bolts.
(Figure 5)

Use the 4 Hex Bolts to attach the Support Cylinder
with Seat. (Figure 6)
Position the Support Cylinder on top of Hydraulic
Cylinder. (Figure 7) Press down firmly.
To separate the Support Cylinder and Hydraulic
Cylinder when moving, use a rubber mallet and hit
the center bracket
firmly.
Remove Black Cap
Discard Before Assembly
ATTENTION! DETERMINE IF
BLACK CAP IS INSTALLED
ON SUPPORT CYLINDER
