TEST INSTALLED FAUCET

Unthread SPRAY HOSE

Turn on water supplies and check connections for leaks

Hold HOSE END

 in sink and operate HANDLE

 on and off,

hot and cold to flush water lines thoroughly. Replace SPRAY

Pull SPRAY

 out and check hose and supply connections

for leaks.      Check that SPRAY HOSE

 and WEIGHT

 slide

up and down freely and do not interfear with supplies or waste

outlet plumbing. With faucet on turn SPRAY TOP

 to spray

and aerator fuctions.

 
Check all drain connections for leaks.

Move HANDLE

 to "off" position.

Loosen and remove LEVER HANDLE

 Loosen HANDLE

SCREW

with 2.5mm Hex Wrench and then pull HANDLE

BASE

off.

Unthread ESCUTCHEON CAP

. Unthread the

CARTRIDGE NUT

Remove CARTRIDGE

. Clean inlets of CARTRIDGE

and MANIFOLD

Reassemble CARTRIDGE

. Replace CARTRIDGE

, CAP

 and HANDLE assembly, check flow.

Clogged CARTRIDGE outlets or inlets may cause reduced

flow. 

To clean, first turn off water supply then:

If SPOUT (11) leaks at swivel point the O-RINGS (12) need

to be replaced. To remove SPOUT (11)

Disconnect SPRAY HOSE

 from CONNECTING NUT

Loosen the SPOUT SET SCREW

 with a 3mm Hex wrench.

Rotate the SPOUT 

(11)

 side to side while pulling upward to 

remove SPOUT

 from faucet body. Remove SPRAY HOSE

Replace the defective parts and grease O-RINGS

. Replace SPRAY

HOSE

. Push SPOUT

 back into position. Tighten SET SCREW

Reconnect SPRAY HOSE

 to CONNECTING NUT

Check that SPOUT

 rotates freely and does not leak

at the swivel point.
