minutes
of
battery
power
let
you
conduct
an
orderly
shutdown
of
the
system,
but
are
not
intended
to
provide
continued
operation.
Surge
protectors
should
be
used
with
all
UPS
systems,
and
the
UPS
system
should
be
Underwriters
Laboratories
(UL)
safety
approved.
