Installation
Tenderizer Head Installation
1. Insert tenderizer attachment into motor hub.
2. Tighten thumbscrew to secure
3. Always remove tenderizer attachment from grinder hub when not in use
Stripper Combs Installation
Important:
The tenderizer combs help guide the meat through the machine. The machine has a left-handed comb
and a right-handed comb.
When aligned properly the combs curve away from each other.
) (
1. The metal bars at the top of the comb, which hold the prongs, face away from the machine (See Figure 1.1)
2. The ends of the combs (without prongs attached) should rest on the rear of tenderizer, close to where the accessory
is attached to the motor. Refer to picture to verify alignment.
3.
CAREFULLY
slide the combs into the slots. Aligned correctly, the individual prongs will fit between the rotating
knives.
4. We recommend using the inside slot of the tenderizer.
DO NOT FORCE THE COMBS IN, THEY WILL DROP IN NATURALLY.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Be sure to insert combs as instructed above. Front metal
bars facing you (the operator). Rear comb metal bars
facing outside.
