2016LP Looping Panel used with 2050 Systems
The 2016LP module for the 2050 Matrix Switching System is used to extend the looping video signal input to external devices
such as time-lapse video recorders, switchers, monitors, etc.
The 2016LP can extend a maximum of two groups of 16 camera inputs. Each group of 16 camera inputs is connected to the
2016LP through the coaxial ribbon cable looping out of the rear panel of the 2016AVIM-3 or the 2016AVIM-4. A typical
connection for the 2016LP is shown below.
Each group of 16 video signal inputs must either terminate with a 75-ohm terminator at the BNC connector, or loop to an external
device where it will be terminated in 75 ohms. If a coaxial ribbon connector is attached to the 2016LP, the 16 signals must be
terminated at the rear panel or at an external device.
