General User Information

Coin/Debit Models “Coin Dry Mode” ___

Cold Start (Initial/First Use)

Appliance is programmed at the factory as follows:

Dryer
10 minute dry time/quarter (coin 1)
$.25 dry price

Warm Start (After Power Failure)

A few seconds after power is restored, if a cycle was in
progress at the time of the power failure, the display will
prompt “Select Cycle to Restart”.  This is to indicate the need
for a setting to be pressed to restart dryer.

Pricing

After the door is opened following the completion of a cycle,
the display indicates the cycle price (unless set for free
operation).  As coins or debit inputs arrive, the display will
change to lead the user through the initiation of a cycle.

There are 2 types of pricing:
Accumulative Time

In this Vending Mode each coin inserted has a specific value
in time, which is determined by the “Time for Amount to Start”.

Accumulative Coin

In this Vending Mode additional time can only be achieved
when the “Time for Top Off” has been inserted.

Note

A maximum of 99 minutes may be purchased; no
additional credit is given when 99 minutes is in the

display.

“Free Dry Mode”

When the Dry Mode is set to FREE, only one cycle time is
initially vended.  Pressing and holding the HIGH or LOW key
for 3-seconds will allow the time to be adjusted.  Pressing
HIGH will increase the time in 1 minute units and pressing
LOW will decrease the time in 1 minute units.  Once the
desired time is chosen, pressing MED will save the new
time.

Hot Keys
Display Reason S.A.F.E. is Disabled

While machine is idle displaying “S.A.F.E. DISABLED …
READY INSERT 25¢ TO START” or “S.A.F.E. DISABLED …
SELECT A CYCLE”, press the PAUSE and LO keys
simultaneously.

Clear Credit

While machine is idle displaying “SELECT A CYCLE” press
and hold PAUSE, while holding PAUSE press HI, HI, HI, LO,
LO, MED within 3-seconds and the control will display “CLEAR
CREDIT?”  While still holding PAUSE press any key to clear
credit.  Releasing PAUSE then pressing any key will not clear
credit.

Display Fault Message

While machine is displaying “OUT OF ORDER” press the LO
key.

Display Credit Remaining

While machine is displaying “OUT OF ORDER” press the HI
key.

Clear “Out of Order”

While machine is displaying “OUT OF ORDER” press and
hold the PAUSE key for 3-seconds.

General User Information

Non-Coin Models “OPL Dry Mode” ____

Cold Start (Initial/First Use)

This appliance has 20 preset cycles, which are ready for
use.  To start the unit, use the UP and DOWN ARROW keys to
scroll through the preset cycles, until the desired cycle is
highlighted, then press the START/ENTER key.  You can find
a detailed description of the preset cycles in the chart on
page 8.  While a cycle is running you can press the STOP
button once to pause the cycle or twice to clear it completely.

Hot Keys
Display Reason S.A.F.E. is Disabled

While machine is idle displaying “SELECT A CYCLE” or
“S.A.F.E. DISABLED … SELECT A CYCLE”, press the STOP
and START keys simultaneously.

Clear Current Drying Cycle

While machine is idle displaying “CYCLE PAUSED RESTART
CYCLE OR PRESS PAUSE TO CLEAR”, press the STOP key
and the cycle will be terminated.

Clear Fault Message

While machine is displaying any fault message press and
hold the STOP key for 3-seconds.
