After every 5 to 6 bags of shredded material unplug the shredder
- pull any excess material from the cutting
head and spray the cutters with LPS 1.
Once a month unplug the shredder
. The cutting head should be cleaned of all material. Afterwards, the entire
cutting head should be sprayed with LPS 1.
Once every size months
Unplug the shredder
Remove the cover screws (4)
Remove the cover
Clean all material form the machine and the cutting head
Spray the entire cutting head with LPS 1.
Lubricate the chain and spur gears with gear lube

TROUBLE SHOOTING
Machine will not run in forward or
reverse.
1. Check that machine is properly plugged in
receptacle.
2. Check for power at wall receptacle.
3. If no power, check your main panel board for
tripped circuit breaker or blown fuses.
Shredding capacity is low.
Cutter head needs to be cleaned and lubricated
with LPS 1.
