12 APP FOR PHONE AND TABLET
To access your device from a smart phone or tablet, please download and install
Amcrest Link
.
For iPhone and iPad users, please visit the APP store to download the APP. For Andriod user,
please install the APP from the CD (Amcrest Link.apk for Andriod smart phone) or Google Play.
12.1 Configure the Amcrest Link
After you have downloaded and installed Amcrest Link on your smart phone, locate the app and
tap the icon to run. Take your smart phone to your device and follow the instructions below.
1. Tap
Add New Device
to Add device.
2. In the Devices Setting, you can add your device by UID. On the DVR you will see QR Code on
the first page of
Setup Wizard
and your UID number. On the app, tap the
QR Code
button
and use your smart
phone’s camera to scan the QR. Enter a
Device Name
(anything you like),
the
username
and
password
for your device as shown below.
