14. AC RECEPTACLE
The AC RECEPTACLE is for you to plug
in with power cord attached in the
packing or you can plug in with other
power cord with your preferences.
15. AC Select (115V or 230V)
For selecting correct voltage to be
connected to AC receptacle 115V or
230VAC (50~60Hz). The AC select switch
must be set to correct voltage or the X8
will not work or will be destroyed.
16. LOUDSPEAKERS TERMINAL
Your AMC X8 receiver is designed to
drive loud-speakers with a nominal
impedance of 4-8 ohms.
LOUDSPEAKER CONNECTIONS
The loudspeaker output terminals will
accept 4mm (banana) plugs, spade
connectors, pin connectors or bare wires.
Connect the negative side(usually black)
of your left hand loudspeaker lead to the
black terminal of the two terminals
marked "L" on the rear of your amplifier.
The other side of your left hand speaker
lead (the positive side or red) should be
connected to the red terminal marked "L".
Repeat this operation for the right hand
loudspeaker.

inadvertent short circuits and to ensure a

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD

ANTENNA - DAB/DAB+/FM+
T h e r e i s D A B / D A B + / F M + A n t e n n a
included with the AMC XTad. Please hook
the Antenna into the F61 connector for
starting to use the DAB/DAB+/FM+
module within the area with good signal
level of DAB, DAB+ and FM+ signals. If
the signal level is not good enough,
please use 75 ohm RF cable with F59
connector to hook to the F61 Antenna
input and connected to antenna or RF
booster to stronger signal area or boost to
acceptable level by RF booster.
18. OPT 12, USB / COAX SWITCH
The slide switch is for selecting between
OPT 12 or USB / COAX input
19. EXT / INT TUNER SWITCH
The slide switch is for selecting between
external tuner or internal tuner(DAB /
DAB+ / FM+ Tuner)
20. Coax / Optical SWITCH
The slide switch is for selecting between
Coaxial or Optical input.
21. PHONO GROUND TERMINAL
The Ground Terminal is for you to
connect ground wire of your turntable in
order to eliminate possible interference
and hum loop for best possible sound
quality.
