7. Replacing Parts.
7.1 Burner Controller Replacement
Step 1 Remove the four screws securing the
lower burner access lid.
Step 2 Remove the two external screws
attaching the controller to the burner housing
and remove complete with bracket.
Step 3 Disconnect the HT Lead from burner
controller.
Step 4 Disconnect burner controller from the
wiring harness.
Step 5 Fit new burner controller.
Step 6 Refit HT leads and refit burner controller
to wiring harness.
Step 7 Close access door and test product .
7.2 Air Pressure Switch Replacement
Step 1 Disconnect the two silicone impulse
tubes.
Step 2 Remove the two control chassis fixing
screws (LH shown)
Step 3 Remove the two screws securing the air
pressure switch from rear of the control chassis
as shown.
