Preparations
− Remove all packaging materials.
− Dispose of the expanded polystyrene padding separately from the other
packaging.
− Rinse the inside of the appliance and the fi ttings with lukewarm water and mild
cleaning agent and allow to dry.
Setting up the appliance
− To fully open the appliance door

, the room dimensions shown in Figures
C
and
D
must be available:
− Set up the appliance in a suitable location (see also “Location” on page 10).
− The appliance must be level. Unscrew and adjust the adjustable feet

to
compensate for any unevenness in the fl oor.
− Check that the bottle racks

are correctly positioned in the guide rails.
Adjust as required until the racks are correctly positioned in the rails.
Mounting the door handle
Proceed as follows to mount the door handle:
− Insert the two screws for fi xing the door handle from the package contents into
the holes of the door handle.
− Hold the door handle up to the appliance door

so that the protruding
screw ends fi t into the holes on the door handle

− Press the door seal slightly outwards with your fi ngers to expose the screw
heads.
− Screw on the door handle with a Phillips screwdriver (size 2).
Changing the door hinge
Depending on the installation location, you can change the door hinge to the
opposite side.

If the door hinge is on the left, the door stopper (

top left-hand side of the appliance door. This is due to the design and
cannot be changed.
