Using the Stick Hand Blender
The hand blender is intended for blending liquids, e.g., dairy products, sauces,
fruit juices, soups, mixed drinks, and shakes; for mixing soft ingredients; and for
puréeing cooking ingredients, e.g., for making baby food. To use the hand blender,
proceed as follows:
Using the Whisk
The whisk is intended for whipping cream, beating eggs, and mixing cake-mix and
ready-mix desserts.

1. Attach the blender bar

2. Put the ingredients in the mixing cup

3. Immerse the blade guard

completely in the ingredients.

Move the blender slowly up and down and in circles to blend the
ingredients.

To remove the blender bar, press both side buttons

simultaneously with one hand while pulling the blender
bar

away with the other.

into the whisk gear box

into the whisk gear box until it locks.

Place the whisk in a bowl and, only then, press the normal speed

to turn the whisk on.

Start with a slow speed setting. Then, for faster whisking, press the turbo speed

For best results, hold the mixer at an angle while whisking.

To remove the whisk, press both of the side buttons

and pull off the whisk gear box.

Then pull the whisk

NOTE:
Only whisk up to about 1 ½ cups of chilled cream
(min. 30% fat content at 40 - 46 °F) at a time.
Only whip up to 2 whole eggs at one time.
