9.1.2 Checking the TwinTeC concave disc

1. Determine the concave disc diameter.
2.
If the diameter of the concave discs is smaller
than 300 mm,
replace the concave discs.
3. Remove the bolts 2 .
4. Remove worn concave discs 1 .
5. Pay attention to the orientation of the sealing ring
3 .
6. Install new concave discs.
7.
To ensure that the concave discs touch slightly,
see section "Checking the TwinTeC concave disc
spacing" .
