4.2 Function of the implement
The disc array breaks the soil open. The high disc
speed ensures good mixing and very good crumbling
of the soil. The trailing roller is responsible for depth
control, reconsolidating the soil, and carrying the
weight of the pack top seed drill in the seeding
combination.
