Brief description
The control device VK70181000 consists of two components and is
installed on the bearing pins of a roller.
One component is a laser arm and the second component is a target
with interchangeable discs for any roller length.
The laser arm components are pushed onto the bearing pin on each
side of the rod roller up to the stop and is secured with two M6 cylin-
der bolts.
On the target disc components, first the corresponding interchangea-
ble disc is installed on the roller to be tested. Then the target disc
components are pushed onto the bearing pins up to the stop on the
other side of the roller, and secured with an M10 thumb bolt.
Now the laser is switched on using a switch on the laser arm and the
laser arm is rotated by 360° axial to the bearing pin. In doing so, the
laser beam indicates the allowed deviation of the wobble angle in that
the laser beam must remain within the interchangeable disc.
After verification, install the laser arm and the target disc respectively
on the bearing pins on the other side of the roller and repeat the test
from the other side.
