• The replacement and repairs of the power cord must
be conducted by the manufacturer, its service agent, or
similarly qualified persons in order to avoid hazard.
• If an extension cord is used, its capacity needs to be
suitable for the power consumed by this product.
• Do not operate the appliance with wet hands or while
standing on a wet floor.
• Never use accessories which are not recommended by
the manufacturer. They could pose a safety risk to the user
and might damage the appliance. Only use original parts
and accessories.
• Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter. Do not
let the cord touch any hot surface.
• Do not place electric kettle on or near a hot gas or electric
burner or in a heated oven.
• Do not use outdoors.
• Always unplug the product when not in use and before
cleaning. Allow to cool before touching the product,
putting on or removing parts and before cleaning.
• To disconnect, turn the product off and remove the plug
from the wall outlet.
• Never pull on the cord. This may damage the cord and
increase the risk of electric shock.
• Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
• ONLY use the product for heating water. Liquids other than
water will tarnish the inside of the product and void the
warranty.
